A function that for many is very useful, it is already applied to some versions, sharing your status from whastapp to facebook will be possible
One of the functions that the WhatsApp application has is to be able to share states either fragments of videos, images or text , now it is possible to share these states with other applications.
The states can be seen by the people you have in your address book or only with such and such people that you select, now directly from WhatsApp you can show Facebook or others.
Through a WhatsApp statement it shows you the step by step to do this, you just have to check that your mobile has the version where it is now available.
To share your status updates on Facebook stories, do the following:
- Open WhatsApp.
- Touch States.
- Create a status update on: Android | iPhone
- You have two options to share the content depending on whether you want to share a new or an old state:
To share a new status: In the My Status section, tap Share on Facebook Story. If the option appears, tap Allow or Open to open the Facebook app. In the Facebook app, select the audience you want to share your status with, then tap Share now. Please note that the Share to Facebook story option will disappear if you switch to another tab.
To share old statuses: Touch My Status on your iPhone or More next to My Status on Android. Then tap More (or) next to the status update you want to share, and then tap Share on Facebook. If the option appears, tap Allow or Open to open the Facebook app. In the Facebook app, select the audience you want to share your status with, then tap Share now.
- After you share the status update, WhatsApp will reopen.
If you have multiple status updates, you can choose which ones you want to share on Facebook stories.
This feature is only available if you have any of the following apps installed on your device: Facebook on Android, Facebook Lite on Android, or Facebook on iOS.
To share your status updates in other apps, do the following:
- Open WhatsApp.
- Touch States.
- Create a status update on: Android | iPhone
- You have two options to share the content depending on whether you want to share a new or an old state:
To share a new status: In My Status, tap Share (or). Please note that the Share option will disappear if you go to another tab.
To share old statuses: Touch My Status on your iPhone or More next to My Status on Android. Then tap More (or) next to the status update you want to share, then tap Share.
In the sharing destination tray, select the application you want to share your status update with. As a note, currently, this function is only available in the Beta version of WhatsApp, as indicated in the Whatsaap statement, for the others it is still under development.
