The woman was sentenced to two years four months and will be released, the woman had too many drinks and slept on top of her baby and died
A night of drinks cost the life of a two-month-old baby, when his mother came home drunk and because of her condition she did not realize that she lay on top of him, after which she died in a hospital.
The 26-year-old mother of the boy who died of apparent cardiac arrest went out to a nightclub , drank so much that when he got home he fell asleep and unconsciously did so on top of the boy.
This fact comes to light again since the woman who was arrested has been released, this when she had a sentence of two years and four months for having killed her baby for being drunk.
That night of March 31, 2017, they point out, the woman was in a bowling alley where she apparently met a man, she took her two-month-old son to that place, hours later she went home with him.
The baby was named Darian and his mother Marina. The one who discovered the event was the mother’s sister who, upon entering the room, saw the woman’s condition and managed to see the child under her belly.
He tried to wake up Marina but she is so drunk that it took more than an hour for her to do so, before that she managed to get the baby out and noticed that blood was coming out of her nose so she took him to a hospital.
After the baby was declared dead at a Bronglais hospital in Aberystwyth, the mother was arrested and after reviewing the case she was sentenced for willful neglect of child cruelty.
He was ordered a sentence of two years and four months, but now it seems that this was somewhat excessive and he was put back under review and according to there was no medical evidence to not rule out that the baby could die because of sudden infant death syndrome and that it would happen before the woman got on it.
The case had repercussions on the health of the woman, who sank into a great depression and affected her mind, all of this in the same way created awareness regarding alcohol consumption.
