Wrist curls. With the hand at chest level with the elbow bent, hold the thumb with the other hand and bend the wrist down, repeat the same exercise with the arm extended.
Doll circles . With your arms out in front, place your palms down and your fingers straight. Bend your wrist until your fingers are toward the ceiling, then rotate your elbows and wrists so that your fingers point to the side.
Fist Extend your arms with palms facing inward and fingers straight, make a fist with your hands, pressing for 20 seconds, then stretch your fingers forward.
Knuckle For this exercise you will need a yoga mat, get on your knee and close your hands into fists, put your knuckles on the floor, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows, roll forward on the knuckles, perform between 10 and 12 repetitions.
Ball or tweezers . There are rubber balls that you can use for this exercise or special grippers to exercise the hand, hold either tightly, and start pressing the ball with more and more force.
