Living as a couple is not easy and now a study reveals that living without a partner is living without worries, a topic that will have an endless debate
Study revealed that a woman or a man can live without a partner and will not have worries about anything, therefore they will have a more stable life and with fewer problems, now science also confirms this.
According to the research, a single woman can live with a level of tranquility higher than that of a woman who is married or with a man in the house.
It turns out that Matthew Wright and Susan Brown of Bowling Green University, authors of this study recently published online in the Journal of Marriage and Family, found that single people are more emotionally stable .
Both researchers sought to prove that living with a partner was better than being single, but they found a surprise, since if it is true that living with a person who supports you is very beautiful, but not always women or men find that person special that complements them and make a team to maintain stability, economic, emotional and personal.
Said analysis was carried out with men and women but found an alarming result, where it was considered that married men were observed with depression and loneliness problems.
The researchers found that emotional stability and happiness are not related to having a partner , but rather to self-love.
The study says that even when being with one person as a husband or wife, people can feel a lot of sadness and loneliness in life.
The analysts also added single people and noted that they did not have as many signs of depression and loneliness as a person who was married, in fact for single people worry and sadness did not appear as the main thing.
Matthew Wright and Susan Brown found that single people also lived with less stress in life and preferred to wake up with a smile at life no matter how hard it may seem.
Women who were married suffered from depression, stress, and loneliness. From the sample, they found that women who dated a partner suffered more emotional instability than single women.
Some married men also presented pictures of depression compared to single men, so scientists concluded that marriage does not save you from loneliness or living with a partner or makes you immune to feeling sadness and worry.
What they also discovered was that married men were more engaged, better than single men.
