Trans activist Diane Marie Rodríguez announced on social networks that she and her partner Zack are expecting a girl, her husband is pregnant
Diane Marie Rodríguez Zambrano is known for being an advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ community, she was elected as the first alternate trans assemblywoman to the National Assembly of Ecuador, she is in fact one of the few trans women to hold public positions.
Due to her political struggle and activism, Diane Marie has received death threats and was a victim of kidnapping for approximately four hours in 2012, but today life smiles on her, since she has shared with followers and friends the news that she will be a mother, her husband is pregnant.
"Zack is pregnant with me. He will be a father and I will be the mother of a girl . We did the sex reveal yesterday. We are happy ", said the activist Diane Marie in her social networks with the video that reveals the sex of her baby, there her husband Zack showed his advanced state.

In an event held on a soccer field, the couple announced if they were expecting a boy or a girl, Diane Marie kicked a ball from which pink powder came out and that was how it became known that they will be the parents of a girl, the spouses showed their happiness between clapping and screaming.
Her husband Zack is also a trans man who expressed his gratitude to all those who attended or saw the video of the revelation of his daughter’s sex, however, on social networks he was criticized and insulted by some users, before those reactions, Diane replied with a message:
"I would like to know why so much hatred in your words please! Do they not realize that they hate in the name of a God, who is very likely to reject them and send them straight to hell for their violence? Enough of so much hatred! ", Said the activist in the comments of her publication with the photos of the revelation of her daughter’s sex.

Diane Marie Rodríguez, created the first LGBT Chamber of Commerce in Ecuador and the first Trans Psycho Center in her country. In the last year, the activist has criticized the government because violations of the human rights of the LGBT community in Ecuador have increased considerably due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
